When you’re sure you want to join the programme and have paid to hold your spot, you’ll be asked to complete our online HCR® Pre-Screening to ensure that this safe and ‘conservative’ exercise-based programme is right for you and to get a better idea of your individual needs
You’ll then connect with your Coach, Denise for a 1:1 session in Eastbourne to discuss the Pre-Screening and go through a few simple tests for your Core Function so that we know where you are on your health journey and so that the programme can truly be tailored to your needs before we begin the group sessions.
You’ll then be all set to attend for your first session where you’ll receive your HCR® Client Education Booklet and the key items of fitness kit required for the course and BEGIN YOUR JOURNEY TO AWESOME PELVIC AND CORE HEALTH AND FUNCTION!

It’s time to get busy! Introducing Holistic Core Restore ® Athlete 12.
12 weeks of upping your game, upping the intensity, upping the effort, and ultimately, 12 weeks of getting FITTER, FASTER, STRONGER, and being able to go for LONGER.

Excitingly, you access this programme ONLINE AND keep all videos FOR LIFE…..this will be heroic! You truly will enter ‘athlete mode’ with this programme and have a lot of fun getting probably the fittest you’ve ever been.
So, how does it work?
This programme runs for 12 weeks plus through a private Facebook group and an online portal. Each week you will be guided through a LIVE ONLINE CLASS by your coach Denise Hughes which is progressed weekly and online by programme creator Jenny Burrell. In addition. Denise will deliver one online bonus home workouts, covering different areas of the body, eg bingo wings, glute workouts, pecs & core to name a few so
you actually have the benefit of two Coaches for the entire 12 weeks! BONUS!
The programme will start with a mini SET UP session with me first, where we help you get prepared for the coming 12 weeks
including taking your Fitness Test and logging your start point measurements.
Included in the programme (via the private Facebook group) is my simple fat loss eating method in which we can all fully support each other.

* You will complete a full health screen to make sure you are suitable for this programme. (Please note, if you have unresolved issues with Diastasis Recti or Pelvic Floor dysfunction you will be guided to an alternative programme)

* Weeks 1, 2, 3, 4 = Phase 1 – Static-ish!
* Weeks 5, 6, 7, and 8 = Phase 2 – Dynamic!
* Weeks 9, 10, and 11 = Phase 3 – Badass!
* Week 12including a Summary Week, Re-evaluation, and Fitness Test
* Athlete 12 home workouts videos straight to your in-box, which are approximately 20 minutes in duration and progressed - which you keep for life!.

Dumbbells and Cups are not supplied and clients will need to source their own.
Dumbbells needed = 1kg, 2kg, and 3kg depending our your progression.
